PETER RICE

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Peter Rice is a senior professional with over 30 years experience. He joined BIFOX to overseeing from finance to strategic planning.

Peter joined BIFOX in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all finance-related activities, including financial reporting, taxation, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Bifox, he spent 26 years at Origin Energy, where he most recently served as General Manager of Capital Markets. In that role, he was responsible for Treasury, Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Insurance.

Earlier in his career at Origin, Peter also served as Treasurer. Before joining the company, he worked in investment banking at NatWest Markets and Lehman Brothers, in both Australia and Tokyo, specializing in debt capital markets and treasury operations.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Massey University (New Zealand) and a Master of Business Administration from the American Graduate School of International Management.
